Why Duke?

Duke Health’s mission is “Advancing Health Together”.   At Duke Health, we are on a never ending journey to improve the care in our communities (local and global) and to advance our education and research missions.   Working in Performance Services allows you to directly contribute to this improvement journey.  We have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and all levels of leadership to achieve our goals.

I enjoy working at Duke because of the opportunity to be a part of an organization with such an important mission and to work with such a dedicated and talented team and to feel a direct connection between the work we do and the success of our organization.
